The food is absolutely wonderful. Classy Mexican fare and the margueritas are delicious. The place is tiny and always full, you have to feel lucky to get a table. I have taken so many friends there and they have become addicts. Even those who say, Mexican? are in love with the place. The chef does everything perfectly. Also, they really have upgraded the decor.

I had food delivered so I'm not sure how the inside looks, but I thought I'd give them a try since I always pass by...well I ordered the Ranchero steak dish and the steak was fatty and very difficult to chew, the rice seemed old, and the beans had no flavor (bland). I love Mexican food and this place is authentic, but I wouldn't go back!

If you have ever even passed the open door of a real Mexican restaurant, then run as fast as you can from Coyote Flaco. This may be the standard bearer for the gloppy refried beans, tasteless rivers of melted cheese, kind of "Mexican" food. Add rubbery enchiladas in the color of the Mexican Flag and sweet and sour mix Margaritas, and you get the picture. Drive to the Orchards and eat good food for the same price.

It's upsetting when a place forgets to care about what comes out on each plate and who it entrusts to serve it. Even more upsetting when the place was a trusted spot for good Mexican food. Food had no thought, wrong orders came out and the waitress's look of boredom compared with one's sitting though a lecture on dirt - understandable why it's now empty on Friday nights. Zagat, please reevaluate since your review is obviously outdated.

Almost empty on a Tuesday nght. The attentive manager took our order. Service was first rate but the food seemed tired. The mole sauce lacked depth--too thick, too sweet, almost cloying. Everything on the plate was heavy, cheesy. Nouvelle Mexican it is not. Williamstown could use a good Mexican restaurant. Unfortunately, Coyote Flaco doesn't measure up.
